“Located at the former University of Canterbury, the refurbished rooms are in an old gray brick building. Located in east walking distance to downtown and across the street from the Botanical Garden, it was ideal for our brief stay in Christchurch. Staff was helpful. No breakfast but there are places close by. May be challenging for people with special needs (walking issues) as there are stairs throughout. That said, they may have accommodation available.”

“Good parking.staff and owners were friendly and helpful. The carpets were stained and filthy including the bathroom ventilation duct.apart from that everything was good was excellent and comfortable. Definitely stay here again!”
