Not as advertised
I booked this apartment based on it having free parking as I know how difficult it can be to park in St Ives. On arrival there was no communication from the property owner regarding the booking in process or how to retrieve the keys. We found the keys by accident in a pigeon hole that contained a small security box that left unopened, picture provided. Once in the flat there was no information regarding parking although there was plenty of signage in the street advising that permits were required. We attempted to contact the property owner with no joy. We ended up parking in the station car park, costing £47 for the week. The only problem is that once you move your car you are extremely lucky to get back in as all other holiday makers we’re doing the same. Its a shame really as the property and location was really good, the lack of communication from the owner was disgraceful.
