"Very nice accommodations, clean & comfortable! There were No signs of pets or smoking. I'm allergic to both animals & smoke. Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! "We loved our stay at the River Hotel! We’ve stayed a lot of places in Southport, and this was hands down the best. Housekeeping staff was wonderful and so sweet, the room was great, and having the pool and beachfront access was ideal! Easy walk or golf cart ride to downtown for shopping, restaurants, etc. Just down the road from Deep Point Marina and the ferries too!"
