"Had to check in 2 hours late because the room wasn't ready. Pool was so over clorinated could not swim 2nd night, kids just coughing everywhere, it was bad, hot tub kinda dirty. Room was ok, interior door falling off hinges, sliding door for outside balcony hard to open and handle ready to fall off. One of the elevators were down. Staff was doing the best they could but it didn't seem like they had enough, they were friendly but I wouldn't stay there again."

"Our stay was not the best . When we arrived we were greeted with a nice lady at the front who even asked why we came to the hotel in the first place , we told her to swim with the kids , she didn’t mention the pool was closed at all . Kids got dressed for the pool , it was a sign on the door that stated the pool was closed for maintenance ,at that time she wasn’t at the desk anymore and a gentle man was and he let us in to swim still said they just didn’t open it for the day . We swim about two hours then got out, a few hours later they said the pool was closed for the night and would open back up at 9 in the morning . We went down for breakfast and the same lady was back and we asked about the pool again to be sure and she said it was closed still and would not be opening back up that it was dangerous because of the chemicals but still the day before we were allowed to Swim For two hours. Which is strange , my kids were highly disappointed. Wifi was a bit confusing , tv outdated could not connect to our phones. Hotel was clean though. Just fix the pool Issue and everybody get on the same page . If the pool was closed she should have told me as soon as we got our keys when I told her that’s what we were here for , would have still stayed and saved us the disappointment atleast ! "

"The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The towels were thrown on the shelf instead of folded. There was cobwebs in the room by the radiator. There was evidence sustained on the sofa, and the blackout curtains were dry rotted, where there was holes going through and you can see the daylight coming in. All of the all of the lights in the room did not work properly."

"Had to change rooms after first one was very musty. Staff was good but other guests were loud all night i assume due to the cheap room rates the cliental it brings in"

"Nice large room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good, great waffles, bagels, fruit yogurt, etc. Large well lite parking lot. A good value for the price. A1 staff."

"The room coffee pot still had coffee pak in it. Hair was in the tub. I was thinking breakfast would have included some fresh fruit or hot items such as some eggs or hot oatmeal or even some type of meat. No type of assorted creamers. "

"The room is noisy due to the sheer number of people; there is a lot of sound and commotion that persists from 1:00 AM until 8:00 AM—specifically footsteps, voices, televisions, and the opening and closing of doors by the people staying above and next to me. Consequently, it is extremely difficult to get any sleep or rest."
