We enjoyed our stay and view of ships and boats from our balcony. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was ok, just need to be a little softer when talking to guest on the phone (only one lady...don't recall her name) but overall stay was nice.

the room smelled of mildew and when ask to change rooms there were none left nothing was done staff were rude from moment we checked in ti the moment we checked out Concierge, most bartenders and valet staff were friendly but that was it not at all worth the amount of money
