I stayed here for a week. I never once saw anyone that I was certain worked directly for the property. The office was closed at all times. I had to get the WiFi password from the restaurant staff. Before I arrived, I got a text that said my cabin would be left unlocked. Before I left, I got a text telling me to leave the cabin unlocked. I honestly have no idea if anyone knew I was there. The shower is a garden hose. Literally. One night it rained. Hard. I ran out of bowls, and had to change beds because it was dripping on my face. I would have complained, but TO WHO? Gains one star for the amazing view.

Restaurant food was terrible. The drinks were from Costco. Eat outside. The view is beautiful, the downside is listening to the wind all night. I don’t suggest anyone booking cabana room, if you don’t want to get bitten by bugs, plus the shower is gross. You end up paying more money for no luxury. The staff is not that friendly, they just stare at you. Plus Hanna the owner I guess, has free helpers working there. Think twice before you go there.

Incredible resort. Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Amenities were great. Cool and as beautiful with great views. Restaurant was stellar.

Mountain Views stand out for sure as the resort is built into the side of mountain. There are 140 steps to get from the room we stayed in to the main level where the restaurant and bar are located. There is an additional 15 minute hike to get down to the beach. If you have physical limitations this is not convenient. If you’re into physical adventure, camping style to a degree, then you’ll love this place.

This was exactly what I wanted! Simple, quiet with spectacular views! I was prepared to be off the grid… so the power outages were no big deal. I stayed in a treehouse with two teenagers. The pool is lovely. The restaurant food is great with an amazing view. The nearby Salt Pond Beach is beautiful and not crowded. There are several restaurants in nearby Coral Bay which were so fun to explore. Staff are quite responsive; though be prepared for things to need attention. Mostly inconveniences that are far outweighed by the spectacular experience of being in this setting. I hope that I can go again!

A gorgeous, magical location. Note it is rustic. You will hear wind against the cabin walls, you will shower with a garden hose and use a composting toilet. If you can hang with that and can be fairly self-sufficient, you'll have an incredible time here. Sheets and towels are clean. Small basic kitchenette. Limited internet... The peace of waking up with the sunrise and wondering at the billions of stars at night -- better than any "luxury resort" could offer for us.

View was breath taking! However, the amenities were horrible. 3 of the 8 days were the only ones where we had access to water and electricity. Attempting to reach management was a task, there were mainly volunteers who were trying to run the resort. It’s a shame could be a nice place to stay

staff is very friendly and helpful! a lot of stairs. pool is nice and views are stunning! restaurant has delicious food. close to beaches. half an hour from the downtown area. really loved my stay here! bring bug spray. this is a different experience; do not expect 5 star hotel.

No onsite management. Shower was a garden hose and nozzle! Water wasn’t potable in cabana without notice of such.No WIFI In cabana. Insufficient lighting in cabana. Only one small lamp. Lack of information about all amenities and policies in the room. I had to learn by happenstance. The staff onsite ( Claudia and others) were helpful. Scott, a Vounteer, was cooperative and helpful. Rooms need a few updates. Our door was missing inside hook to close. Need more hooks for hanging stuff. A mirror somewhere would be nice. No directions as to how shower works (we figured it out). A couple more outlets would be helpful. Charge for everything - ! People who work there are terrific but not enough of them

Beautiful location and friendly, helpful team. I visited for 3 nights and had a great time. I loved the live music, hiking, and easy beach access. Lots of great improvements are underway - it's a stunning property!

Where do I start? Well for one, the bathroom blinds were all broken so we had no privacy. Kitchen stove was old and not working. The stove provided was for camping. Hot water would run out. Wifi not working in room, had to walk out of room to connect. They need a wifi extender/booster. One star for the view from our balcony.

A long day of travel is to be expected when traveling to this beautiful spot! Be ready for remote island life. Concordia is still recovering from devastating hurricanes, and therefore not all systems are up and running consistently.. We are used to rustic camping and therefore it worked for the 4 of us - Mom, Dad and 2 teenagers. We rented a basic cabin for a week. Renting a jeep is essential to explore hiking numerous trails in the park. Be ready for rough roads and hilly terrain by car. If you have any motion sickness issues- it may be challenging. Bringing basic food items is key as groceries are very expensive and eating out is quite pricey. We brought a suitcase full of dried goods and paid the baggage fee and it was worth it. We shopped for fresh food in St Thomas before getting on the ferry (FYI, you don’t need to buy a ferry ticket in advance just to show up and get on the next ferry. There is plenty of space and lots of ferry’s run all day.) Biggest problem was noseeums- they are so small they get through the screens. We all have many bug bites as souvenirs (!) Friendly staff but minimal presence. Sea View Restaurant was great but did run out of some items (deliveries didn’t come). Andrew was great, and Hannah was easy to text with. A great week overall away from the busy areas Cruz Bay and north shore beaches. Be sure and stop in the National park hqts for trail maps- that’s the only place to find them!
