Beautifully renovated heritage condo. Clean as a whistle . Lots of space for organizing clothes with lots of hangars! Great location for walking to restaurants. Loved having functioning fireplace. Quick walk to tons of live music. Even for something further away, cheap Ubers readily available. Beds were good, kitchen was well equipped, good showers etc. 2 bedrooms made it so we could cost share and have an affordable place close to everything.

This place looks like it was renovated yesterday. Laminate wood floors, new appliances, spotless bathroom and elsewhere. My only caution to others is to make very sure you have the correct address. I booked through Expedia a precise address, but the owner has several places and he put me in another less convenient location. Make sure you know where you are staying!

We loved having our little apartment for 5 days over Canada Weekend. After 2 weeks of travel we could do our laundry, shower and relax… for basically the same price as a downtown hotel. Short jaunt to all the best restaurants in St John’s. The apartment was clean and communication with suggestions of tour areas was top notch.. enough space as well to bring some family back for a drink and appies! 5🌟 For us!

Spacious and close to everything

This was a beautiful place with so much room. It’s right over a coffee shop with smells of fresh baking waking you up in the morning. I dealt with Earl-who’s an absolute sweetheart, we stayed for nearly a week and he checked in on us often to make sure we didn’t need anything. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on my next visit. Close to Signal Hill, Qidi Vidi, Rooms and so much more.
