My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton in St. John’s. The location on Cavendish Sq is ideal and is within walking distance of many historic sites and trails. We were welcomed very warmly at the front desk by Saad and found other staff very pleasant and helpful. Though the rooms were a bit outdated and there was no vent in the bathroom, the beds were very fresh and comfortable. We hiked many trails in St. John’s and area and we slept well at night!

The staff are courteous and efficient and assisted you with every request. A shout out to Saad who checked us in when we arrived and made sure we were settled. Our harbour view room was a good size and was well stocked with towels ,toiletries and mini fridge. We ate at Bivvers restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and the food and service did not disappoint. The hotel has a good location by the harbour with ample parking as we had a rental vehicle. The only disappointment for me was the gym which dated equipment and needed updating. We would stay at the Sheraton again on our next trip to St. Johns.

Staff was courteous and helpful, thermostat controller in the original room was broken so we were immediately moved to a different room with the same view. Rollaway bed provided right away, that was great. LOVED the ice cream cart by the Bivver restaurant!! Only minor complaint would be that the room needs more wall hooks for towels and wet bathing suits, etc.
