"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."

"We got there ant 2 ann and was forced to wait while they did a night audit. That in itself I understand but after we waited 15 minutes we were given a key that didn’t work. When they finally got an override key they realized someone was in the room. We were told we were getting an upgrade from 2 queens to a suite but it only had 1 bed. After everything we didn’t get into the room until 3 am. I told the manager and she was not helpful just offered me points. I don’t want points as I will never make a choice to stay there again. "
