The price was significantly lower than midtown hotels, so price to value ratio was ok. Proximity to subway line 1 which takes you directly to Time Square or Penn Station a place. A decent enough stay with helpful staff (room cleaned daily) even if the building/rooms need some refresh.

It’s a regular hotel room. There’s nothing to complain about unless you’re from the middle of nowhere and can’t handle a little bit of honking or sirens every once in a while, but I thought the rooms were very comfortable. Everything worked as intended. The staff was super friendly and everybody in the surrounding neighborhood is very nice so unless you’re in the city to only see the touristy areas then this will be a lovely neighborhood and a great hotel. However, if you’re the type of person to be afraid of urban environments such as a true NYC neighborhood where people actually live and go to work (not Times Square). If you’re looking for Times Square, this is not for you. If you’re looking for like a regular place with the regular people, this is a great one. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. AC & TV worked great. Reasonably priced vending machines in the lobby.

While I didn’t expect anything super fancy, all I hoped for was a clean and comfortable room to sleep in. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The room was blatantly not clean. The shower was moldy, I found hair that was not mine all over the room (I’m blonde, I found long, black hairs all over the bathroom), and I found an old band aid up on a shelf. My room was non-refundable so I went to a nearby target and wiped the whole place down with Clorox. I’m genuinely not a Karen and am not one to leave bad reviews but this was abysmal and if I had known this I truly would have just splurged on a nicer place. Cleanliness is one thing I can’t compromise on, personally. One plus of this place is I did think the neighborhood was cute and lively. There was good food nearby and I felt safe where we were. Also close to a subway station which was also a plus. It made travel quite easy.

The hotel got a lot of bad reviews but we chose to stay here because of the price. The hotel was exactly what we needed and what we expected for the price. What to expect: there is no microwave or coffee maker in the room but they are both located in the lobby, the room had a smoke smell that after turning up the ac we were able to air out, the room was spacious, two blocks from subway entrance, and felt safe walking around the hotel at anytime even in the late night/ early morning hours.

If you need a quick room to stay and aren’t picky it’s perfect there was a couple things the counter was dirty and bed sheets looked kinda suspect so I didn’t sleep on those blankets, bathroom light was burnt out and room smelled like cigarettes but I didn’t really mind but if you do just be aware. They had a microwave and vending machines good ac nice balcony quiet rooms tv with the Netflix signed in so I can’t complain

The room had a broken balcony door which was quarter way open halfway. We called room-service to request an extra remote because ours wasn't working, didn't get the remote sadly. The janitors were very nice, and the room was fair, despite the condition- it was clean.

We were there for ComicCon so it was a cheaper option. Very plain when walking in. So maybe more decoration? The rooms were very clean as well as the bathroom. TV options very limited unless you put in your own codes.for streaming channels. It was a bit further from the convention center than we wanted but it worked for the one night we were there. The woman that was working was very nice.

Price doesn't match delivery

Unfortunately, we didn't find the room and hotel to be in very clean condition. The water pressure was extremely low, and the floor was dirty when we got in. The AC was also not working, so the balcony door saved us. The phone in the room was broken. The staff did what they could to help and were very accommodating and friendly, but the price of this hotel is way too high for what you get for a room.
