The staff made the stay even better! They were excellent, from cleaners, receptionist and restaurant staff all lovely and made the stay so much better. The hotel was a little run down and the water pressure in my room was terrible but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at this hotel from the 8th September to 17th September 2025 with my sister. We didn’t realise it was going to be on the busy strip, however that didn’t bother us as we was there for an event. I really liked the area, as we was local to the shopping centre and local restaurants. We also got to explore the area and we felt really safe during our trip. I really like our hotel, our room was spacious. It had enough space for all our belongings and only critique I would have is there was no mini fridge which I do like to have in my hotel room when I’m travelling. In some parts of the hotel, it could be refurbished and redecorated however, overall it’s a really decent hotel for the price we paid, I would recommend this hotel only if you are going to an event as there isn’t much facilities in the hotel for you to do.

Read a lot of views about rude staff and this was not the case. I feel that staff are being rude to and that when you are respectful you are treated accordingly. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready even by 2pm but by 2.30pm we was assigned another room that was bigger due to the wait. Cleaning staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean a few things need doing such as a stiff shower door or a little bit of a leak from the air con but no major issues. In good location and wasn’t too loud considering it’s a busy area. Bus route to the main areas and airport was only 2-3euro only issue is the tv, small and not smart so couldn’t log into our Netflix and channels are mainly news or in German and no kettle in room with tea or coffee, can get one and a iron from reception for a deposit which you will get back when you return them.

Overall I was very happy with my stay I enjoyed the breakfast there was a different variety of foods They had their own swimming pool which was nice The view from the room was amazing in the city centre The location was based in the city centre easy to get too and loads of shopping and food places nearby Only there isn’t any parking very close you would have to park 5-10 minutes walk away

Staff are brilliant and helpful! I have stayed here many times and personally I like it, I met other guests who did not. You have to take into account the price and the location, it’s located by the Bars and Clubs so if you are in Malta for the Nightlife then it’s a good choice! There is a bus stop near by to go to Sliema and Valletta. It has a pool. There is No Lift in the part that has a sea view and unfortunately there is no gym and I like to lift some hand weights. It’s nice that they have an outdoor hotel bar

The only positive thing was the fact the sheets and the room were clean and the receptionist was really friendly. Rooms are outdated, the walk to the pool takes you past very old dirty parts of the hotel. The pictures taken for expedia are totally not how it looks so very misleading. Expedia should not offer this hotel.

Ok but noisy - party district location

You pay for what you get, cheaper so expect bare minimum. The managers of the hotel were nice and helpful. This is a very noisy hotel. We initially had a room right at the front of the hotel. It feels like you are sleeping on the street, the noise comes straight in. You hear the road and the music. That night we didn’t get any sleep. We thankfully were moved to the back of the hotel which was much better but you do have groups of people coming back at all hours. Got woken up every night at least twice due to the walls being thin. This hotel is right in the party district, wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing environment. The rooms them selves were fine, beds comfy, clean. The bathrooms do have mould and there is a bit of drain smell. The pool is also fine, standard but can get busy. The beach is nice and a close walk. Lots of restaurants around. If you are looking for cheaper party accommodation this is the place but if you want a family holiday / calmer holiday, not the location.

The area and the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. To noisy outside and the water in both the sink and the shower turned burning hot randomly. The room was clean but had a weird smell inside (especially the bathroom). Worked for one night, but we didn’t get much sleep. The staff were nice.

Dirty diaper found in room/bathroom upon our arrival. Towels were changed daily and rooms are spacious which was nice. Neighboring guests woke us up daily screaming and playing music in the hallway all night long. Was not addressed by hotel staff until myself and several others called front desk more than once on the same night when noise was extremely loud from 4 am to 5:30 am when i was told the police were called.

I like the hotel location it was close to shops, transport and beach. I didn’t like the noise from bars and clubs. The first room we were issued had hardly any water flow and it was cold water. The boiler had lose wires and it looked unsafe. The second room had blood stained bedsheet on the bed and the daytime staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. He had a bad attitude.

where do i start. first of I just want to say that the people working there were very kind and understanding and this review is not a reflection onto them. the hotel is rough, the beds are ok, not the mos comfortable but fine considering the price. don’t bother asking for a second pillow, they only have the small pillow inserts without pillow cases. secondly, the shower in our bedroom causes so much water leakage (they did provide extra towels) but its unreasonable. also the water feels cold fast so heads up. in another room we noticed mold on the walls covered by paint (see picture)
