“I love to come into a place where people are friendly. We were terribly tired and grumpy after moving from Qc to NB, we had travelled 12 hours. Nothing at the reception to make you feel like, it will be better in a while nothing a good shower won’t dissipate. Even with a crooked smile.
But the second time around, a couple weeks later, still the same matter of attitude.
I hope they learn to smile more. Even when clients are just tired.
Otherwise it was calm and pretty clean.”
