We got an upgraded room upon check in (which did take a while to get done because one staff was working the desk at the time we checked in which was later in the evening) which was a welcomed surprise after a hectic travel day. The room was spotless and beautiful - it had everything you’d need. We wanted to take the tour which gave you the history of the hotel but did not get a chance too so that would be our only suggestions! 5/5 stars, would absolutely stay again!"
