โWe couldnt fault this hotel in any way it was clean quiet and so comfortable. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us with breakfast, trips, taxis and location of places we asked about. Would highly recommend. โ
โBasically it was very great. Staff, facilities, food, wifi are excellent. Breakfast was the best that I have had in Indian hotels. However, there was on the construction of metro so it was so noisy day and night. โ
โWould appreciate if sufficient plug Points are given in the Hall and Rooms closer to the Sofa, Work Table, bed side table. also to provide USB points and C Type charging Points in all these Placesโ
โHad booked this hotel for parents. They had a comfortable stay and the staff was very courteous. The food, ambience and closeness to the Airport are some of the positives of this hotel. โ
โNice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but donโt worry itโs on a quiet street and donโt hear the above.
The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.
The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when Iโm back in Pune this will be my first port of call.โ

โAvoid this place at all costs! Booked a room with AC as advertised on Expedia. They tried to charge me extra for the AC and were not accepting all the info I had saying AC is included. The staff were completely unreasonable. The WiFi does not even reach the room. The room, sheets, and shower room are dirty and smelly. It's very noisey outside and in. The hotel is gross, piles of litter and overflowing bins in the corridors, and the area is not nice, there are nice places for the same price...
โI checked in in the afternoon from international travel . They canโt provide hot water in the evening for bath . They said hot water available only in the morning . I informed them my check out in the morning by 6 am and ensure hot water. And nobody there to ensure hot water availability in the morning before I check out โ
โWe were given a filthy 3-bed room which was barely cleaned beforehand and was situated right next to the breakfast area.
Absolutely not a place to stay again. โ
