Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service made getting to and from town easy. And I probably had the best view I've ever had from my room. It was my first time staying in a hostel and it was a very good experience overall. Every meal I had at the restaurant was quite good.

Loved staying here! We don’t typically stay in hostels but this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a private room with shared bathroom and showers. The bathroom and showers were super clean and the showers had great water pressure and heat. The spa in the pictures is not included it is additional, but it’s a nice option to have. The shuttle is really nice and the driver is great! The view from our room was incredible. We wished we were staying longer. Wish there was coffee and tea in the rooms. Breakfast was pretty good. Dinner at the Swiss restaurant was pricey but very good. Very happy 10/10 recommend!

We were sold a double bed, they buy us in a room with 3 single beds in a 4th floor with no elevator. We had to carry very heavy luggage upstairs. The building was pretty empty, we should have been given better accommodations.

Super und besser als “normale” Hostel!

Super, ein Hostel als Teil einer größeren Hotelanlage und wenn man möchte, kann man auch die anderen Angebote zurückgreifen. Der Shuttlebus ist sogar gratis und top!

It was a good experience overall. It would have been nicer if wellbeing access was from early morning till late. It was only available between 3pm to 9pm. I paid 25 swiss francs at 6.30pm. I only got to use the wellness spa from 8pm to 9pm.

Great value, amazing staff

The place is great, but I would say staff and services are what made this place a perfect choice. Everyone we encountered was friendly and really helpful. They also rent high quality bikes at good rates - highly recommended.

This property was superb. There was a room for waxing skis. There is a fine restaurant on the premises with excellent news. Everything was immaculate. Everything worked. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were there for less than 24 hours and were not able to take advantage of many other amenities but this place is worth visiting again to explore any time of the year.
