This is a very old hotel, small rooms. Only two restaurants are open, and they were understaffed. Breakfast was very basic, but it was good. We had one dinner in the dining room and it was not worth the price. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great getaway spot

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location in the middle of town was perfect for getting around. The service was beyond top notch and the view of the city/lake was unforgettable. Even the breakfast was phenominal.

Aside from the hotel being beautiful and having an old, classic charm to it, our stay was made much more pleasant by Giulia at the front desk. She took such good care of us and really made the experience much better. She helped us find restaurants to visit and gave us many suggestions for things to do.

Close to train station with beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Easy walking with lovely stores to meander in. One day in St Moritz not enough - decided definitely to return for our level of easy hiking.

We had a one day stay, wish it could have been a week. Hotel amenities were good, several eating places, Nice upper deck and very close to everything in St Moritz. Look to coming back in the near future.

This find was a wonderful surprise. It is beautiful and sits up high with wonderful lake and Mountain Views. Staff was excellent. Breakfast included was best we have experienced to date on this trip. Transportation from train is provided. If ever in area again, will choose this property.

Overall the property is good. Not sure the value proposition was met given the cost.. My room heating system failed so it was always too warm. I had to open the window. I reported the problem but was not offered another room. Room was not as nice as photos or the description. Views from the room were amazing. Ski related amenities are great. Location is perfect. Great breakfast buffet.
