The fridge was freezing the food The second we couldn’t close the freezer The are giving only one roll of toilette paper for a family of 4 The main door of the building is not locked so every one can get inside check out time is 1100 so why the cleaning man arrives at 1030 The location is great ”

“Property itself was nice, clean and great facilities. Would have loved my uni galls to be as nice as they were. We were in the ground floor and there was a noticeable smell of drains when we arrived. Area the property is in is very dirty. Litter everywhere! And just seemed grotty.”

“La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! “I booked this place knowing little other than it was close enough to Cardiff for us to stay after the Bruce Springsteen concert. It was very well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen / dining room, spacious wet room, large bedroom and lounge with a sofa bed. And a hot tub in the communal garden area! One point that is not related to the accommodation that I wish I’d known - some of the roads are very narrow and as it’s a very hilly area there are a few hairpin bends which I found difficult...

“DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not in a safe neighborhood. As you open the first door you can hear the noise from the other “apartments”. The apartment is in the second floor. NO LIFTS available. The stairs are steep and not wide enough to bring up any large suitcases. The description of the property does not mention any stairs. The rooms are TINY and the “apartment” smells like mold. No laundry washer/dryer IN the apartment. The original payment does not include the 45 POUNDS you have to pay for...

“Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. ”
