"The hotel has great breakfast! The rooms are large but need to be brought up to date. Very old furniture and our sofa was stained. The hall carpet are very old and look dirty. The hallway need to be done over! The staff was very friendly and location is excellent."

"Overall stay was very good. Mr. Rob is very welcoming and nice host. Place was very clean and comfortable except some stains on the wash tub. I wil definitely recommend this place to stay if you visit PEI."
