The property is within the golf field and facility of Pont-Royal in a great location with all the needed services. The room is fully equipped (except for the hair dryer which is however available upon request). The two pools are well maintained and accessible. Only thing is that the pool closes 14 minutes before the scheduled time.

Good news: the property and surrounding setting is beautiful. Your accommodation is a small apartment rather than a hotel room. The bedroom is separate. If, like us, you wanted to visit several spots in western Provence without changing rooms, this did serve us well. But be aware that everyplace from Aix-en-Provence to Avignon is 30 to 50 km away. I am a golfer, but did not try to use the course. But it looked beautiful as we drove in. Finally, the price was really reasonable. Bad news: if you are not French speaking, it is hard to find your way around the property, and the staff did not provide very much information to help. By the way, the parking “village” is actually an 8 story garage. This was not explained to us at time of check-in. Property is not air-conditioned. We visited from 8 September through 15 September, so we needed to keep bedroom window and sliding door in living room open in order to stay cool. The problem is that neighbors in other apartments, some of which are owned, seemed to enjoy having up to 10 people sitting on their patios until at least 3 a.m. talking loudly with no concern for neighbors, making it difficult for us to sleep. We tried to get help for this problem but were not able to get any response from the facility. We were given a number to call security (English speaking) but only got a French recording and a hang-up. On the final night of our visit our wifi would not work. I had to go to reception for new codes. By the way, the free wifi

Très agréablement surprise, de la réservation à l'accueil sur place, très efficace, domaine vraiment très bien, pour les enfants c'est idéal. Les petits moins que j'ai signalé à mon départ, la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement, et qui fuyait, la baie vitrée qui ne fermait pas,le téléviseur non plus. Sinon j'envisage d'y refaire un séjour avec mes petites filles, Globalement satisfaite,je recommande

Bien dans l’ensemble

Bon séjours dans l’ensemble seulement il serait bien d’informer ces voyageurs lorsqu’il y a des semainaire des centaine depersonnes à la même période …. Nous nous sommes retrouver avec des restaurants privevatiser , des espace jeux réserver au séminaire , un bruit incroyable pour ´leur ´ soirée chaque soir en plein milieu du village , et on nous a conseiller à notre arrivée un restaurant qui faisais uniquement petit déjeuner le mâtiné , où nous nous sommes fait recaler ma femme ma fille et moi car nous ne faisons pas parti du séminaire et qu’ils on encore une fois privatisé ….. et on nous a dis de revenir samedi matin car le séminaire seront partis , sauf que nous aussi ! Et même si nous étions là nous ne seront ps retourner dans se restaurant qui n’accepte une famille de 3 personnes que pour leur intérêt personnel quand la clientèle est vide ! super sympa pour nous 3 qui avons était obligé d’aller acheter des gâteaux à épicerie du village ou un paquet de gâteau est hors de prix et ou il faut bien regarder les dates de péremption . De plus nous avons payé un supplément pour avoir la vue sur le lac , et surprise nous l’avons aperçu sur 2 mètres au fond du paysage …. Au sinon nous avions bien la vu sur les travaux de rénovation de la piscine ou le bruit était bien présent . Mise à part cela le cadre est très beau je pense simplement que nous n’avions pas eu de chance sur la période sélectionner mais malheureusement aucun geste commerciale n’a été fait

Endroit très surprenant ! Toutes les personnes rencontrées ont étés agréables. Le lieu est encore une fois magnifique et très sûr. Petit bémol sur la distance entre le parking public et certains logements mais très anecdotiques sur l'ensemble d'un séjour.

Nous etions 8 dans 3 appartements. A notre arrivee, on nous annonce que nous etions surclasses. Belle surprise. Les logements sont spacieux et propres. Le village est situe au coeur dun golf au bord dun petit lac. Un cadre tres sympa. Nous sommes venus pour 2 jours fin fevrier. Suivant pour nous donner un avant gout de vacances

Impression mitigée pour la première fois en 7 ans où nous venons au domaine : lits non faits à l’arrivée, chaise haute et lit bébé malgré une réservation à l’avance non présents dans le logement. Le personnel est toujours charmant et disponible mais cette fois-ci un couac.

Der Check in verlief problemlos, da alle Angestellten Englisch sprechen und man sich somit gut verständigen kann und auf Fragen eingegangen wird. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sauber, ordentlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Unser Apartment hatte bei Ankunft eine gute Temperatur und roch angenehm. Einige Stellen waren in die Jahre gekommen trotzdem war das Gesamtbild des Apartments super sauber und schön anzusehen. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet um sich ein paar Tage gut selbst versorgen zu können. Wir sind zu zweit gereist, das Apartem für 6 Personen ist aber definitiv auch für Familien geeignet da alles sehr geräumig und weitläufig ist. Auf der Anlage ist es super ruhig und man kann gut entspannen. Lediglich die Tiere aus dem Streichelzoo (Esel, Hahn) hörte man am Morgen gelegentlich. Dies störte uns aber gar nicht, da wir große Tierliebhaber sind. Somit ist der Streichelzoo und der Pferdehof ein großer Pluspunkt für uns gewesen. Den Tieren dort mangelt es an nichts und man hat so die Möglichkeit während seines Aufenthaltes auch Zeit mit Tieren zu verbringen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können jedem den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Prestation ne correspondant pas à la réservation

Nous avions réservé un appartement : un séjour et une chambre avec deux lits. Compte tenu de la température et du fait qu’un des lits était collé au radiateur qui était déconnecté, nous avons dû dormir dans le canapé convertible du séjour.
