“From the moment we arrived we knew we’d chosen well. We received a very friendly welcome from the receptionist & were delighted to have been upgraded from a superior room to a suite. The room had a beautiful spacious bathroom with fluffy bath robes & organic toiletries. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with a rustic charm as the name ‘The Farmhouse’ would hint at but with luxurious touches. “Staff were very helpful and friendly. Fortunately they helped with our bags as there is no lift and the rooms are located up several different staircases on various levels! Room was clean but quite small for the price although breakfast was included. Opening windows. Food in restaurant is pretty average and anywhere else is a big hike without a vehicle. Location is on an extremely steep hill - but St Peter Port is all like that so wear good walking shoes!”
