“This hotel had the right idea, wrong execution. Our room had a very shakey and unsecure door, no hot water for the first day and no WiFi for the entire duration. When the front desk staff were met with our concerns they did not offer another room or other accommodations, the restaurant staff were superb and made my stay bareable”

“Restaurant onsite was a plus, but very limited menu made it hard. Need more options, if you stay here more than three days, you already tried everything on the menu.”

“Upon checking in, I was greeted by a very pleasant and kind receptionist. She told me her name but I had forgotten to write it down. She quickly was able to get me an early check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property itself was well maintained and clean. I visited the restaurant on the property and the services , staffs were great. “This was a beautiful and clean property to stay at! The room was spacious and well kept and the ocean view was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly!!”

“No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!”
