"This hotel is very well located! We used this as our base and then got the Tram into the centre of Florence each day to explore. The tram stop is right across the road and only costs €2 which was great for us! The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the mattresses quite hard but the pillow menu was a great addition! We had some issues with our toilet not working but once we spoke to the reception team they got it sorted whilst we were out having dinner. Our only real complaint was that the hotel car park was full for our entire stay so we had to pay a fortune to park our car on the road instead."

"Nos quedamos dos noches , la habitación súper limpia recomendado es muy tranquilo el lugar hay un restaurante al lado muy bueno también , el desayuno muy rico y Pablo y Micaela los que sirven y están pendiente son muy atentos y amables y está cerca del centro a solo 15 min y tiene también estacionamiento……"
