"Had a fantastic stay at Psaras. This was our 2nd time & equally enjoyable. Comfy beds, constant hot water, great position for restaurants, bars etc & maid service regularly. The only thing to mention is on our previous visit we could use the pool at the hotel in front. We were told we couldn’t do that any more as it’s an all inclusive hotel & it’s not free to use the pool/beds like it was 4 yrs ago. Otherwise all good "

"Positives : * Beautiful location in the mountains with amazing beach views * Very large, spacious resort with lots to explore * Fresh, delicious, and varied food every day * Excellent entertainment with daily shows and activities * Incredible animation team – young, energetic, and friendly * Great family-friendly atmosphere with a Kids Club and safe grounds * Multiple saltwater pools and a dedicated children’s pool * Two on-site mini markets for essentials and souvenirs * Shuttle to the beach runs 3 times a day * Shops nearby and excursion kiosks available * Helpful map and guide provided at check-in Things to keep in mind ⚠️ Lots of stairs between buildings – expect walking ⚠️ Beach towels not included – bring or buy your own ⚠️ Smoking is common outdoors, especially during shows. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the access to a pool a beach, although the direct beach access was rocky. Good sunset views and each access to various cafes along the beach. The sauna and steam room were easy to book and clean. Plenty of buffet options. Way too much smoking and vaping at the beach and the pool. I wish there was a non-smoking section. The gym equipment could use updating. "

"When we arrived the first night we slept in the heat because there was no air conditioner control. In the morning, I had to pay for the air conditioner, which did not work all week. We contacted the employee twice, the problem was not resolved. What's more, when I asked to stay one hour longer on the day of departure, they told me to pay 10 euros. The pool is poorly maintained, the water is not clear, let alone the bottom. Right next to the road, the noise is high, especially at night. The beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are hard. We are very disappointed"
