I appreciate the staff, always welcoming. Irvin was especially helpful and accommodating to my business needs. I appreciate the quality of my rooms, when I stay at the Norwalk Inn. The restaurant area was clean, the service was on point. The bartender was very kind, beautiful smile and accommodating as well. I am always very pleased when I get the service I give and that is quality!!! If I had to tweak anything, it would be to have a restaurant menu in the rooms, especially since you have room service. All in all, your establishment is lovely! Thank you. LadyTori

The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. I would advise not getting a room on the second floor. The inn has a all-purpose space that is on the first floor that is directly under the 2nd floor rooms. We returned to our room on Saturday evening to a dance with loud music at 10 PM when we were ready to sleep. The dance ended at midnight! We eventually got to sleep and the staff did offer to give us a room to sleep in on the third floor; we were really tired and didn't want to leave our belongings. I may come back but will make sure we have a third floor room if we do.

This hotel is a Gem, recently renovated, Excellent service, very clean, Free Parking and a real restaurant and bar. Good Rates !!! Very convenient to East Norwalk, 2 blocks from the Norwalk Symphony

What a gem! This property is quite elegant, with marble floors and waterfall in the lobby. It is conveniently located just a bit off main highway, but in quiet area. Although some of the furniture in the room was a bit scratched, it was very clean and comfortable, with the amenities you would expect (coffee maker, mini fridge). I have stayed at other hotels in Norwalk, but will be returning here from now on. This is by far the best value, and nicest staff, I have experienced in this area.

Lovely Hotel in Norwalk, CT
Fine hotel. Clean, excellent staff, comfortable, and walkable distance to local restaurants. Could anyone want more out of a hotel? I would happily stay here again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
I recognize that it was the holiday week but the hotel had NO FOOD SERVICE, other than vending machine snacks and a few items we could microwave in our room, with no plates, no utensils. I was very disappointed as I had stayed in October and so recommended it to family when we were all together. My family booked total of 10 room nights.

Room was clean, but requested two queen beds and got a king- no problem. Asked for bottled water to buy when we arrived at 10:30pm after a long drive. No more left. Room was cold and couldn't turn up heat. No place to hang a dress or suit. Bathroom was too small for two people to get ready. Appreciated the magnifying mirror, but there wasn't enough light to put on make-up. We got one tiny bar of soap that we had to switch from sink to tub back and forth. There was no mirror outside the bathroom to dry hair while other person was in shower. Appreciated the hair dryer on the wall, but the cord was too short and again too people couldn't be in there. The sink/mirror outside the shower/bathroom would have been nice. There was no full length mirror. There was hardly any light in the room. When you get in your 50's and 60's, you can't see without light to get ready and to put on makeup.
