"Breakfast was a little weak. Hard boiled eggs only, no protein other than yogurt. Cereal, waffles and bagels."

"Location was good not far from the city everything was clean. The hot tub was not working, but no big deal."

"Toilet was only 13 inches off the floor. This could be an issue with elderly or those with leg and knee issues. Bring you own shampoo and body wash as this hotel does not have the big bottles hanging in the shower and the little tube they give you will only last two people one day. You will have to ask for more every day"

"The property is very old and doesn't seem to have been updated in a long time. The rooms are are not low cost and yet you don't get anything complementary besides the breakfast. The breakfast is basic like most other places. They do have a shopping nook that sells toothpaste, toothbrush, moisturizer etc. The room was alright, but mattress was not comfortable for me, the springs had lost a lot of its tension. The Wi-Fi in room stopped working after the first day. And finally I had to call multiple times to get the final invoice, seemed like an internal technology issue and they couldn't send the email out. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I wouldn't go there again."

"The staff concise of 2 people(husband and wife). The place looks it. No water in room until 3 hours after check in. Room was not very clean. Breakfast was juice, milk, 2 kinds of cereal, bread for toast, and donut holes that were a little old."

"This property is terrible. No staff availabile to give you fresh towels.They dont clean the rooms on a daily basis nor check rooms to replenesh required supply on a daily basis. They need to share information regarding room cleaning ,beddings and providing blankets on the beds and not a thin bedsheet that does not keep you warm in bed. Very disappointed client .wonderede if this was really a Windham property."
