"This property is excellently situated in Aix. It has an old charm about it that brings back happy memories of European hotels in the 1970’s. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bed. Breakfast was good. The staff was exceptional, helpful, friendly, and engaging. Air conditioning during the May 2026 heatwave kept us very cool. We would stay here again if ever we visit Aix again."

"The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to explore the city on foot. Many good restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for Europe with all the necessities. We would definitely stay there again if we returned to Aix."

"Street is torn up and you need special instructions to be able to drive there which they did not give in advance causing us to drive around multiple times and ask elsewhere for assistance. We had a coffee from their machine in their lounge and then we're told we had to pay for it. The only thing really good about it were the beds and wonderful duvets."

"Everything was wonderful except the bath/shower. We don’t like baths and prefer showers. The room we had was a large (very clean) tub with a long shower handle/hose. It was difficult to work with set up as we are 5’6” & 6’2” and not as flexible as we once were. I would stay again if we could be in a room equipped for a proper shower. Besides that, everything was wonderful and the staff was gracious. We found many good restaurants & bars and met many locals."
