Great stay for long term trips

I have stayed here three times and will continue to do so on my future trips to Stavanger! I love the restaurant and proximity to public transportation. I would like if the help desk number was easier to use and the rooms came with some cleaning supplies.

Great location, clean amd quite room

Great location and just 15 minutes walk to the ciry centerwirh some rstaurants and supermarket nearby. The room is clean and quite. Sraff are very friendly snd helpful.

A Perfect Location

The Frogner House was wonderful. It's an easy walk to center of Stavanger or there's a bus stop right outside the door to get you to other locations using public transport. Grocery and restaurants are nearby including a restaurant in the Frogner House.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for 3 nights. There is a parking garage literally next door of the hotel which is convenient and a grocery store just down the street. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the main centre. Contrary to the description when we booked there is actually someone at the front desk until 11:00 pm which was great as we arrived after 9:00 pm. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant. The only complaint would be the limit on getting new fresh towels or any house keeping as it is only done on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and anything else is an additional fee. Otherwise we would stay there again.

Good location, not very good service

The location is nice, and rooms are practical. The lamps did not work. I contacted and they said they will fix it. It was still not fixed the day after and on last day evening they gave us another room card but we were too tired to change room on last night. They also said they will give us some compensation for this inconvenience, but that never happened either!

Freezing cold rooms

Nice location, fine rooms BUT freezing cold! It almost felt like being outside, as the room temperature was well below standard. When I went down and complained, the only answer was that if the green light is on then the heating is up and running! Didnt see a real effort to resolve the problem and hemce travelled back home, as expected, with a cold!

The apartment was clean, quiet, the view was lovely out over the water and the staff were all avilable and helpful. The bathroom and kitchen were amply supplied which made the stay feel like home away from home. Frogner's is not far from the center of town and within walking distance. The bus stop is also conveniently located just in front of Frogner's so getting to and from downton or the Sola Airport by bus is a breeze.

The studio apartments are well equipped. The lobby has been remodeled and has a variety of foods. Remember to bring your own was cloths, considered a personal item in Norway.
