“This is an older motel that has had some paint and basic maintenance. It’s not a resort or a big Steamboat hotel. It’s in a wonderful part of town for exploring on foot. There is some construction directly next door but we were in Steamboat to get out and see sights and hike. So we were gone most of each day and not there to hear it. Our room was dated (but it’s a motel, so it’s exactly what we expected). It was extremely clean, had nice charging ports for our devices, a fantastic patio, and...

“The property is pretty, clean, and conveniently located. The room we stayed in was a single room with a king sized bed. The bed was awful and the matress was indented where bodies should lay. You would sink into the middle and the ends of the matress were terribly uneven. The hotel itself is cute, and the staff was nice. I would not recommend the room itself though. The redeeming quality is the location, and they have a cute common area with a TV, hot tub, table to eat, and seating.”
