"Reception staff were lovely. The hotel was nice, room comfortable. The breakfast unfortunately let it down. Poor selection, coffee machine not working (and when it was fixed there were no mugs and no staff around to ask)."

"hotel was nice, parking was fine, near-by hotel breakfast (same as the parking) was excellent! we were a bit confused as even if we originally paid two taxes (including city tax) we were asked to pay a third one at the place, still feeling we were "scammed" on another city tax...."

"On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door ..."
