Great place to stay

Nice and friendly staff, clean and spacious. Near nice town Bielefeld. Great place to stay. Will definitely go back and recommend.

Wir hatten als Familie (2Erw.,1Kind 10Jahre) für 4 Nächte gebucht. Wir bekamen nicht das gebuchte Zimmer (statt 1 Familienzimmer bekamen wir 1 Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer nebeneinander). Die Zimmer waren ansonsten soweit in Ordnung. Anfangs war das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war nicht weltbewegend aber es hat auch an nichts gefehlt. Am dritten Abend fand jedoch in dem Hotel eine Hochzeitsfeier statt und es war unzumutbar laut bis in unsere Zimmer. Wir haben uns zweimal beschwert (einmal gegen Mitternacht und einmal gegen 1Uhr nachts), da an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Verändert wurde an der Lautstärke nichts. Am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück haben wir uns nochmal beklagt, es wurde sich flüchtig entschuldigt aber wirklich interessiert hat es nicht. Man müsse ja auch "von etwas leben" war die Aussage. Dass wir auch zahlende Gäste waren, spielte an dieser Stelle keine Rolle. Man teilte uns mit, dass an diesem Tag noch eine weitere Hochzeitsfeier stattfinden würde. Dafür wurde uns folgende "Lösung" angeboten: Wir sollten uns an dem Abend einen Schlüssel für andere Zimmer abholen (in denen es genauso laut geworden wäre) in denen wir aber nur schlafen dürften. Man würde nicht extra zwei Zimmer neu für uns herrichten. Unsere alten Zimmer sollten wir behalten und man würde uns in den anderen Zimmern nur Betten zum schlafe beziehen (keine Handtücher o.ä. bereitstellen). Wir sind dann noch am selben Tag abgereist und haben auf die letzte Nacht verzichtet. Nie wieder.

Das Appartement entsprach der Beschreibung und war für uns zwei Erwachsene, unserer 14-jährigen Tochter und unseren beiden Hunden fast perfekt geeignet. Sehr gut war die Möglichkeit zwischen den beien Zimmern die Tür zu schliessen, so dass Eltern und Tochter ihre eigenen Räume hatten. Auch für die Hunde war Platz genug. Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Das einchecken war trotz später Anreise einfach, weil unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer sofort jemand erreichbar war und der Schlüsselkasten gut und einfach zugänglich war. Am Frühstücksbuffet war alles vorhanden, es wurde nach besonderen Wünschen gefragt und alle waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz direkt am Haus auf dem Hotelgelände, so dass man nicht an der Straße ausladen musste. Schade fanden wir, dass das Restaurant am Sonntag Abend nicht geöffnet hatte, aber die nächsten Restaurants waren nicht weit weg. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und würden wieder hier buchen, wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind.

Trevligt gasthaus med god vällagad mat

Trevligt typiskt tyskt gasthaus med mycket trevliga ägare. Litexsvårtcmedxengelska men domen pratade flytande engelska närchan kom och hjälpte till med glutenfria möjligheter. Underbar schnitzel som gick att få glutenfri. Bra frukost, sköna sängar o skön dusch men små handdukar. Ingen hiss.
