"My experience here, during a five-night stay, was very disappointing for a Hampton Inn, where I have usually had good experiences. This property is badly in need of a refurbishment, which is apparently under way, but in the meantime the carpet in the halls is threadbare and wrinkled, my room was dark as a cave, the shower stall in my room was stained and looked gross, wallpaper was peeling, the shower dripped periodically, the toilet seat was loose and slipped all over the place, and the faucet at the sink was so loose it could have fallen off. Additionally, there were some unsavory guests having loud conversations after midnight in the hallway, that the staff did nothing to prohibit, despite being fairly close to the front desk. My recommendation is to avoid. I don't think it's well run. I will not be repeating my stay there."

"My toilet was leaking from the tank to bowl which made it flush every 20 mins. I had to shut the bathroom door to sleep. No hot breakfast options outside of toast and bagels. Tv was not a smart tv and was a 28in. Cable barely worked and was scratchy when it did. My body wash was empty when I arrived and was not refilled the whole time I was there. AC did not work adequately. Multiple massive burn holes in the carpet. Rusty tub. Was just overall not great. In fact it was next to as terrible as it could be if not for a comfortable bed."

"Love staying here when we go to get away for a weekend. The only thing I'd say is I told front desk my drawer didn't stay closed and no one came to look and I hit my shin on it 2xs and my toilet paper holder was almost twisted down."

"Hotel was really nice, so clean and breakfast was great! Coffee bar was excellent! Only complaint would be the hotel let people rent out the pool and my family & our guests who stayed at the hotel with us weren’t able to use the pool. Plus it was quite wild in there so it was not appropriate for families & young children. We would definitely come back again!"
