“Great location”

“I had a really amazing time when I stayed at this property and was pleasantly surprised with everything that it had to offer. Both my partner and I had a wonderful, cosy experience and believe it was an absolute bargain for everything that you get! 10/10 :)”

“This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. “Thanks for a great stay. We loved the property. It is beautifully decorated. It stayed wonderfully cool. The beds were very comfortable. It was perfectly clean and as described. We can’t fault it. We’ve stayed in many apartments in Brighton and this has been our favourite.”

“This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. ”
