“the grounds looks like no one cares. it does not reflect somewhere that I will return. I understand that we are having very hot temps but the plants are dead and the flower beds look awful. The grass right at the curb is at least 6ft. tall. If it were my business I would care for/maintain at least 6-8 beyond the curb( even if it isn't my property) just for safety and appearance. Our room had a weird smell and the A/C didn't cool the room well so we had to go buy a fan.”

“There were gnats everywhere in my room. My bedding had blood stains and pubic hair on as well as in them. Carpet was not clean. The pool had the emergency stop button for hot tub out of its socket. Staff was amazing however, breakfast was good.”
