“Our stay was amazing. I’ve wanted to stay at the Pier House for a long time for a few reasons. The location on the water and the history the property has with the late Jimmy Buffett. The Chart Room bar is a must visit for all who like old fashioned bars that haven’t changed in 55 years. The beach area and bar was wonderful as was the rest of the lush jungle like property. We will be back! The staff was attentive and professional!”

“시설을 깨끗하고 잘 유지되고 있어요. 그러나 일부 시설은 낡았고 물 수압은 약하고 스텝들은 친절하나 별로 도움이 되지는 않아요. 천장이 낮아 방에 머무는게 다소 답답하고 수영장은 좁고 그 주변 시설이 쾌적하지 않아요. 무엇보다 아침 점심을 아무것도 호텔에서 먹을 수 없으므로 줄서서 아침부터 나가야해요. 이게 싫은 사람은 정말 싫을 듯 해요. 2박에 3백 사십 가까이 줬는데 도대체 이렇게 왜 비싸야 하는지 모르겠어요. 저녁 메이드서비스도 없고 .. 포터도 없고 .. 그냥 부틱 호텔 같은 서비스일뿐 실망입니다. ”
