“Our stay at The Inn was wonderful. Diane and staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful with great suggestions. Shopping and picnic supplies were spot on! Breakfast was delicious and more than plentiful. The pool was not available at this time, but what a beautiful setting. We’ll stay here again on our next trip to the Berkshires.”

“We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere.
