Dear Morgan, Thank you for staying in our hostel and for taking the time to rate our services. Your feedback is very important for us to determine what needs to be improved and what to work on. We don't allow guests to bring food to the rooms because if everyone did that, the other guests will complain about bad smell, even more importantly food may attract bugs into the room, that's why we have a kitchen with a frigde where you can eat and store your food. We regularly update the entrance codes for the main door, room doors and locker room where you can store your important stuff. All guests receive a towel with a bed linen set, in case you didn't you should have contacted online office right away. We're available everyday 9-22 through phone, email, Skype, facebook and WhatsApp. We have face control and regular room check but in case you don't wish to share a room we advise you to look at our single and twin room. All other spaces are shared. We hope you give us another chance to show our service.
