Too many issues stayed here for a month the breakfast was an issue. Either same food or neing postponed. Not a place i would recommend for anyone

Smelled like urine and feces in the stairwells, breakfast was a bit limited in selection, the walls and windows were paper thin. Location was good and the beds were ok, but would’ve been nice to have a safe or fridge in the room.

Något begränsat utbud vid frukost men mer än väl godkänt med tanke på att priset var så lågt m.h. till läget. Och dessutom väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal!

Mellanklasshotell med bra läge
Fint rum med sköna sängar. Det var dock otroligt bullrigt från innergården, med hög musik och buller när folk kastade sopor. Lite märkligt med tanke på alla de som bor i huset mittemot, de borde vara mer omtänksamma om sin egen boendemiljö. Frukosten var lite spartansk med begränsat urval, men annars inget att klaga på. Rummet var varmt och skönt, fast det var mitt i vintern.

Dåligt system att komma in
Otroligt dåligt system för att komma in på hotellet och sitt rum. Något digitalt system som inte alls fungerade. Rena turen att en anställd råkade komma förbi och släppte in oss. Man hörde trafiken på St Eriksgatan hela tiden. Frukosten var tillfredsställande.

Ett underbart Favorithotell!
Ett fantastiskt bra hotell på alla sätt! Långt över min förväntan och mycket trevlig personal. Läget är verkligen toppen dessutom samt att inte det minsta störande ljud från övriga gäster, det brukar tyvärr annars vara vanligt förekommande på många hotell. Superbra säng och en ovanligt stor fin TV vilket inte brukar tillhöra vanligheterna. Hit kommer jag med största glädje vilja bo igen. Prismässigt var det också suveränt jämfört med andra hotell i området som dessutom inte håller samma fina standard överlag. Med andra ord är Hotell Fridhem en riktig pärla i mina ögon och får därmed mina varmaste rekommendationer!

Point positif: la chambre est assez grande, l'hôtel est placé à côté du métro. Points négatifs: la rue est très bruyante, la salle de bain est inondée à chaque douche faute de cloison, il n'y a pas de personnel dans l'hôtel la plupart du temps, pas de ménage pendant 4 jours, petit-déjeuner minimaliste. L'hôtel est un peu cher au regard du service proposé.

Since we booked the cheapest option that we could find, my expectations weren't that high to begin with. Several minor inconviniences still dragged the total experience down. My friend group booked two rooms. The other room had broken lights. Both of the rooms didn't have an ac. Even though the weather wasn't especially warm this weekend it was really hot in the rooms. Only 1/3 windows were possible to open to get some ventilation. Being forced to have the window open meant hearing the sounds of the traffic from the street down bellow. After taking a shower the rooms turned into the Amazonas. Puting makeup on our faces was hard since the makeup was dripping of due to the moisture... The elevator broke, and stayed unfixed for the rest of our stay. Luckily there weren't that many floors. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast, had the essentials, nothing special. Plus points for vegan meatballs and sausages. At least the location was good. I don't think that I'm going to stay at this hotel again based on this experience.

En fräscht och rent hotell med en bra standardfrukost. Ganska små rum men funkade bra för en övernattning. Tyvärr rann duchvattnet helt åt fel håll i vårt rum så vi fick lägga alla handdukar på golvet för att få stopp på det.

This an excellent hotel for the budget traverler. Clean, safe and well maintainded. It was remodel within the last year is it looks and feels new. The staff for the most part was excellent. Only one receptionist was more interested in her phone than helping the guest. The food meets the Swedish standard of cheap. Yet there was enough for the average breakfast and surprisingly vegan meat selections, that is only vegan selections. Small selection and cheap products. Good enough but not great. This is a good place to stay and priced right for what you get. Location, walkability, transportation access are great. A clean modern facility. That means it takes a electronic key card to move around the building.. If a full time desk clerk is important, the hotel will be a problem for you! I would definitely stay there again. I would push for a better breakfast offering but beyond that this place is worth the price.
