Great front desk, specially guy in night shift was very helpful. Rooms are super compact but being solo it was ok, not recommended for two. Located is fantastic, just step away from tram stop. Safe!! Big lobby for work, meetings, moderately quiet.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good shower. Location was out of the main tourist are but it was easy to get into the main islands with the tram stop just outside of the hotel. Great hotel for the price.

The location is not in a very interesting part of Stockholm. The rooms were very quiet, which was excellent for sleep. The bathroom had only hand wash in the bathroom and shower, we bought shampoo and conditioner in the nearby shop. The breakfast is free if you book through the hotel, which we tried to do but the website was not very good. So we booked through Expedia, and had to pay for the buffet. I would choose a different hotel if I returned to Stockholm.

Breakfast was plentiful. Room was very clean. Shower was great. Hotel is located right next to a Metro stop. There is also a fairly large supermarket at the end of the same block. I would definitely go back.

It's a clean, convenient but no-frills hotel perfect for when you're visiting something nearby. Parking was simple for us since there was ample street parking. This of course may differ depending on the weekday/season. The only complaint is that the room was pretty cold at night, even with the temperature turned up to max (it didn't seem to do much).

The room was reasonably clean, though the rug sure would have bwnefited from a bit more thorough cleaning, you could smell the dust, the staff were friensly, must give the ceedit where it's due. But the biggest issue was the cold. As though there was no heating at all. It was brutally cold. Thanks heavens I was only staying a night.

Hotel was fine, room was fine, location was convenient but breakfast was not included which is very rare in Sweden. I paid extra to add on breakfast so it was an extra disappointment when it wasn’t very good. They were constantly out of items or silverware, forcing us to return to the buffet looking for things and standing in lines . There were two containers of egg, neither hardboiled but apparently ”creamy” meant mostly raw which was pretty gross. The hot buffet was limited to pancakes and nothing else. Not a single fish item besides the caviar for the eggs which was empty when I got there. The girls working the tables were desperately trying to keep up with dishes and missing silverware while the two guys at the counter stood around doing nothing. Don’t pay extra for breakfast, it’s not worth it.

Excellent hotel super close to the center of Stockholm!! So many benefits to this hotel! Tram right outside - super easy to reach Gamla Stan or really any part of the city. (10 minutes to Gamla Stan). The rooms were excellent and bright with large windows. cleaned every day. We loved the large Lobby with tons of seating areas. Breakfast was great! We also found the staff extremely helpful and kind. Always happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions 24/7. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return to this hotel. Stockholm is a very expensive city and we were fortunate to find this amazing hotel so close to everything!

We had the family room with a queen and a sofa bed. I don’t think the sofa bed was that comfortable for my teenage boys, but I think for little kids it would be great. The staff was very friendly. Also thought our room was a little hot because of its size and probably small AC unit given its size. but the family room, other than being hot, was nice and spacious. One of the best things about the hotel is that the tram literally stops right in front of it so it is very very convenient to get around in and there’s a grocery store right next-door which is also super convenient. I had planned to use the gym but never did so I didn’t get to check it out.
