"For the price, it's was great. Exactly what I needed for 1 night. No complaints. Very easy check in, they email the door code in advance, and give all the details of getting the key. the key collection box was very cool! The room was clean, bedding and linen provided. Really spacious apparently. Not too far from the train and bus station. "There was parking in a secured garage only about 50 meters from the entrance of the hotel. Rooms were nice. Ask for room 419… also, it’s not much from the outside but go to Shure for dinner. Awesome! Our check in at the hotel was great. Nicole greeted us so wonderfully. "

"Incredibly small room for a significantly high price (especially compared to other rooms within the hotel and nearby hotels at barely higher or sometimes lower prices). No storage space at all, had to move beds aside in order to live out of suitcases. No amenities like kettle, aircon, etc. Mattresses slid partly off beds most nights, causing uncomfortable overhangs or gaps. Air was incredibly dry - i woke up every few hours with a dried throat. Cheap and tacky bedsheets/duvets, and pathetic pillows. Housekeeping never visited, despite being advised they would come at least 3 times through the duration. Probably the worst nights' sleeps I've ever experienced in a hotel."

"So.... If it hadn't been due the dude trying to enter my room this would be 10/10. I really hope the Concordia management reads this because it's a great hotel with nice staff and a great location at a great price. But c'mon. One of the staff tried to enter my room when I was in there. (No knock, just tried to come in with a master key.) With some story about changing the chairs? One of the reasons people book hotel rooms is to have some privacy when they are traveling and this place didn't have that feeling of privacy. SO. Maybe cover up before coming out of the shower in your room? 😂"

"Beds are weird. They have a top thin little mattress that kept sliding and beds are connected. Although, beds were comfortable. It seems to be much simpler and safer if they had 2 American twin beds. Breakfast area was a long walk instead of centered within the hotel. Staff was excellent! "
