“The property was ok but we had a family emergency and had to check out a day early and they refused to refund our money, which I feel is unfair, noone expects to have to cut their stay short when booking for vacations, emergencies happen!”

I love everything about this hotel right from it’s proximity to Fort Leonard Wood base, to being at the center of all activities, good food, and it’s relatively affordable with amenities like your own kitchenette with cooking utensils and plates, microwave, and dishwasher all at the comfort of your own room. The staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again and again...

“If you're booking a hotel for a bed to sleep in, a hot shower and good ac/heater with a TV and plenty of channels to watch then this is 5 stars for the price. If you're booking for a fancy hotel with lots of bars and amenities then this isn't it. For the price and what you get, its 5 stars from me👍👍”

“Room lacked maintenance. The bathroom door had layers missing from it. The wall in the bathroom had drywall/paint peeling off. The bath mat wasn’t dry. It was as if they pulled it out of the washer and laid it on the tub. Trash cans had visible dirt/grim on them. Another room had the door left open and you could see the carpet was ripped up. The side door key card did not work. The staff was nice and friendly though.”
