“Staff was great. Pool was well kept.”

“They had cockroaches crawling on the bed and walls I checked out Saturday night cause I was gone all day and came back and seen them crawling and I was furious it was a very bad experience and they didn’t even make the bed while we were gone ”

“On check-in, the only person at the desk was on the phone with a customer (not her fault) for about 10 minutes or so. There was no side table on one side of either bed, only between the two, so whoever was on the other side was out of luck. Same with the electric outlets and USB plugs.”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast bar had a nice variety of options. The staff was helpful. They recommended the barbecue restaurant next door and it was excellent. They also grilled steaks for us on Wednesday night along with salad, sides and dessert. Our suite came with a nice kitchen, but there was no table or chairs to eat at. There was plenty of room for it. Overall a nice place to stay. Would stay again if in the area”

“The hotel felt a little pricey when I booked it but when I got there I realized they had a lot of amenities that if I had actually been staying there for longer than just a quick overnight stay they would have been nice to use. The lobby is full of nice places to sit and socialize as well as a decent breakfast bar in the morning.”

“The neighborhood the hotel was in was a little difficult to get to, even though you can see it. You have to drive through some other parking lots to get there. A number of things around it are run down or closed. The hotel itself seems to be kept nice. The check-in process was smooth. The elevator smelled like some people had used some "herbal medicine" in it. It was less than pleasant. Breakfast was adequate, and the staff was somewhat attentive to taking care of things, more so than most...
