Expedia needs to include pet fees in its “what you see is what you pay.”’ When I arrived with my dog the desk person said m, Oh, you have a dog. It’s a $75 fee.” I told her that was a deal breaker, to which she replied, “ wait. I think they reduced the fee. It’s either $45 or $35. I’ll charge you $35.” On closer examination, I found in small print the fee is $30. Still, lead to believe what I paid originally was the total, final cost, it was an unhappy check in. I’m about to check in at my second Hampton Inn in two days, not without trepidation. To be continued.
