“A really beautiful Krakow in a great location. The rooms feel modern and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. It feels very luxurious and it's priced very well. A huge thanks to the wonderful reception staff member Franek. I woke up feeling very unwell one morning and came down to reception for assistance. The kindness and support I received is something I'll never forget. He is truly a wonderful human being.”

“Great apartment in an excellent location, very close to the city center and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. I think the main issue was that in the US, floor 1 is the floor you enter on. So the...

“They had two bathrooms in 2 bed apartment which was superb. Balcony was nice to have some tea. The mattress was soooooo soft that it was impossible for me to sleep, i had to sleep on the sofa bed. They charged quite costly cleaning fee and it seemed like they didn't clean it thoroughly. We wiped the floors as we were picking up our hair and there was so much dust. ”
