"They had two bathrooms in 2 bed apartment which was superb. Balcony was nice to have some tea. The mattress was soooooo soft that it was impossible for me to sleep, i had to sleep on the sofa bed. "Beautiful hotel in the heart of krakow, within easy walking access of all the sites although in a nice quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly, even booked our trip to Auschwitz and Birkenhau for us before we arrived after I emailed them. Happy hour between 4 - 6 everyday was a bonus too. Booked bed and breakfast but decided to eat in the hotel restaurant on the first evening, food was superb. Would definitely recommend this hotel"
