Kerb appeal was bad as they were obviously doing something to the building but we were never told, also the safe in the room did Not have instructions and Aircon did not work.we were given a different room but that had NO safe ?? When wife and i stayed, the receptionists were very polite and informative. However, there was 'bits' on the floor in the room that never disappeared as the room did not seem to ever get vacuumed, just the beds made and new towels. Otherwise, all was great.
