There was a mix-up on arrival. Another couple was already occupying the unit we had booked, they had mistakenly selected the better/bigger unit. In their defense the units could be labeled more clearly. In a show of good-will we elected to stay in the smaller unit that night and transfer to the other unit the next day, so not to cause grief for the other couple and eliminate extra cleaning that afternoon. I would have thought the good-will would have been reciprocated and a part refund applied, which was offered at the time. The other unit was still very clean & comfortable, but not what we paid for.
