We had an amazing stay at Hotel La Palma in Stresa! The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and our entire experience was wonderful. A very special thank you to our housekeeper, Juliana, who truly made our stay even better. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and took such wonderful care of our room throughout our stay. Everything was always immaculate, and her warmth and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We absolutely loved her! We had such a lovely time at La Palma and would happily return. Highly recommend!

The place is awesome. Plenty of things to do, beautiful gym and a rooftop pool. Outdoor pool by the lake is gorgeous. Staff is very professional and very friendly. Had a fantastic stay and we highly recommend it.

Incredible! The rooms are amazing (upgraded to junior suite at the counter for a v small cost), the rooftop bar is spectacular, and the lakeside pool is a real treat. Worth the price and truly a special experience.

La Palma was amazing! We stayed 2 nights in Stresa and absolutely loved this place. The crown jewel was the rooftop pool with an amazing view, and though it was a bit too cold to use the beach club pool by the lake, I can imagine it's an amazing experience as well. Parking on site, breakfast included, and perfectly located within the town. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, a 4 of 5 star experience. The rooms were clean generally but need a little update. The pool was quite nice albeit a little colder than I prefer. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable with lots of delicious food. Some sparrows tend to enter as the windows are open. Service was the only thing I had any issue with. Our arrival experience was disappointing frankly. We were told that the parking lot was full and the instructions for the outside parking area weren't clearly shared with me. We were disappointed that we paid extra for a partial lake view but the view was mostly of the construction site next door. They need to be forthcoming with that. Overall, a pleasant stay with some hiccups.
