Great place to stay in a pinch. Off the beaten path, with limited food, grocery, shopping options within a mile walk. Due to my own ignorance, I don't speak any Greek, and the proprietor doesn't speak much English at all, which makes things difficult as you have to call to be let in upon arrival. The apartment building has no noise insulation...as in, I could hear our next door neighbors conversing as if they were in our room. The apartment itself was complete with amenities; small fridge, toaster, clothes washer, oven range, and a patio. It will get the job done. All the furniture seems to be from Ikea and not sturdy at all. We are very grateful to have stayed there, as we were in a bit of an emergency situation and had to stay in Cyprus for another night unexpectedly, but this would not be our first choice to stay in again.

The property was in a remote area, the manager/owner was rude, not helpful, difficult to understand he had a heavy accent, and when I asked if he could please repeat what he was saying he was very short tempered, Unprofessional in my opinion. We were two people staying there was one towel not shampoo, dryer, the one towel was as hard as paper. You are better off staying in a 3 star hotel. DON'T Bother is my suggestion.

Mooi proper appartement. Klein, maar alles is aanwezig. Ideaal om te overnachten na een dagje Nicosia. Klein minpuntje, enkel airco in de slaapkamer. Geen receptie, maar de eigenaar was binnen de 2 minuten ter plaatse om ons de sleutel te overhandigen .

worst experience in my all trips

Okay room but terrible experience. I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived. We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about 1 hour later, the owner came again with another guy. and the owner told us the room is for another guest. fortunately we communicate with another employee and he helped check the hotels order and confirmed that we should have 2 bedrooms. then he goes to handle this with the owner, and give us the 2 bedrooms back. half hour later, the owner came and told us it was the platform mistake, that we should not get this room. but we can still live. Refuse to admit his mistake that give us the wrong room! Refuse to correct the mistake after knowing it! Refuse to apologize but lying! I cannot to accept it.

We chose this apartment complex due to its close proximity to the GSP stadium and also its local amenities such as super markets. Apartments were comfortable with sofas, tv, air conditioning, cooking facilities and comfortable beds. Would stay here again if in the area.

Address of property in email was WRONG, resulting in a 2 hour late night search. The kitchen was crawling with ants, other bugs in bedroom. No towels provided - only brought after we called to complain. Homophobic comments made by manager when he gave us the key. Never stay there or recommend this property to anyone!!

A small and comfortable place

We have stayed in Myrtiana Apartments for 4 nights and have received a warm welcome from our host, the location is good but recommending a car if you choose to stay in the area, not too far from the city center, the place was well maintained and had almost everything we needed including WiFi (you will probably want to ask the host for the password for it... There is a very large supermarket not too far away and other stores and restaurants as well. We had a good time, Thanks!

CONVENIENT AND COMFORTABLE BASE IN NICOSIA

This is a perfect place to stay in Cyprus' capital city. The Myrtiana Apartments are very comfortable, in a quiet street and yet also only a few minutes by car away from the major highways leading to all parts of Cyprus. There were sufficient local shops and restaurants and the owner of Myrtiana Apartments was very helpful as well.
