“I booked this property because it acepts dogs. When I arrived the owner was quite horrible with me about my dog. Apparently you need to state about your dog coming even though the website doesn't state that! Poor communication and as a paying customer I was put off by the owners attitudes ”

“A clean, cozy cottage, true to the pictures. Check-in info came with plenty of time before check-in date. Lovely touch of bread, milk, juice and water in the fridge. A great base for a stay in the area. ”

“Property was not ready for us when we arrived, microwave smelled, and dishwasher doesn’t work and smells really bad needs some urgent attention, grass in garden not cut so kids could not play in it, However when reporting the state of the property I.e beds not made and towels still left in the bath and shower cleaners worked around the clock to get beds sorted and clean towels thank you cleaners you did an amazing job really appreciate your efforts getting the situation resolved, we were still...
