Check in was absolutely terrible. The guy was SO rude. He yelled at us and hung up on the speaker several times. He blamed us for not understanding english end refused to help us get into the psrking when we arrived. We had to read the email he sent us (on day lf check-in). The email was in German and he was so upset when I explained I do not understand and google wont translate cause the email was a "picture". I've never been treated so terrible before...
Nothing is in English and the staff speaks very limited English. I guess it's for germans only.
The rooms: nice, mostly clean. Lot of room and a modern interior. The toilets however are super noisy. The room isn't sealed so you can hear everything going on. The door and half the wall is glass so privacy is not key here.
We didn't see any roomservice and was told it was due to corona. We stayed at more hotels during our holiday, thos was the only place that completely ignored roomservice.
Breakfast: was very decent, many different choices. All was single wrapped and brought to the table due to corona. It clearly gave them more work than they were used to. We had to order the food on the day of arrival, it was all in German so we had no idea. A nice receptionist tried to translate.
Lokation is really great and the only thing earning them the one star.
