Great stay!

This was my favorite place we stayed on our whole trip. My only complaint was the room was a little on the small side, but easily overlooked with all the pros! It was cheap, it was comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful in helping me get out transportation sorted out when our train got cancelled. It is very close to the train station, I would absolutely stay here again!

very nice and helpful staff at the reception and also breakfast area, room was little and minimally furnished and was not really appealing to us. It is a standardized business Hotel. We booked the Hotel because you are very fast at the airport ( direct public transport connection )which offered fair rates for families.

Budget hotel. Clean, but only the basics

80 euros for the nights is misleading. This was jacked up to over 230 euros for 4 of the 5 nights i stayed here due to the trade show on at the messe. Excluding breakfast. And the over 12 euros for breakfast is very pricey for a basic continental. Note: no irons or kettles in the room and no laundry service either.

Checking in is challenging!

In the booking information it was not clear about the check-in procedure. Despite there being a reception, nobody was there to help my son and I check in and do the process to obtain codes. The main entrance requires a code only which you get on check in. That was the main issue. If this had been clear beforehand, there wouldn’t have been a surprise. We also messaged the hotel in advance asking the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. As of yet still no reply. It transpires there’s a S-Bahn stop not far from the hotel, so could have gone direct from the airport; instead of a taxi. The room itself was tiny. The pillow - can’t really call it that - had few feathers….however the shower was excellent.

Zimmer in Ordnung, sauber, zweckmässig. Frühstück herausragend, mit frischem Fruchtsalat und auch diverse pikante Brotaufstriche ohne Fleisch. Wunderbar! Leider Frühstücksraum und Badezimmer sehr kalt. Es wird geraucht im Haus, was auch schade ist. Lüftung im Zimmer laut und nicht abstellbar, sonst alles prima und der Preis stimmt.

Kein Wasserkoche im Zimmer. Kein Becher. Jedes Mal am Empfang um warmes Wasser bitten ist anstrengend. Frühstück sehr bodenständig. Keine Empfehlunen vom Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit dem automatischem Check In hat es gar nicht funtioniert. Falsche Buchungsnummer von Expedia bekommen. Schade, dass man nicht per Klarna oder Rechnung zahlen kann, vor allem bei Dienstreisen
